We serve several surrounding areas and are available throughout the Midwest for our commercial partners.

Absolutely! We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all residential and commercial asphalt and concrete projects. We offer complimentary onsite assessments, flexible virtual consultations, and tailor everything to YOUR property's needs. We're all about transparency and being a good neighbor.

Yes! We offer a 12-month warranty on all our services, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality work. Your peace of mind is our priority.

How can I make my driveway or parking lot last longer?

Maintenance is key. Routine crack filling and sealcoating, keeping the surface clean from harsh substances like chemicals, oil and ice salt, repair minor damage before it becomes a larger issue.

Do you work with construction and property managers?

Yes, we regularly partner with construction and property managers! We frequently complete work for developments, apartment complexes, retail centers, industrial facilities and complexes, local businesses, fast food and dine-in restaurants, rental properties, national brands, grocery stores, churches, schools, municipalities, HOAs and more. We coordinate with numerous points of contact daily and believe in maintaining clear, open lines of communication throughout each project.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit cards, cash, checks, online payments, and venmo. For our commercial partners, we accommodate standard net terms.

Sealcoating:

How often should asphalt be seal coated?

We recommend sealing commercial lots every 1-2 years depending on wear. Residential driveways should typically be sealed every 2-3 years since they often experience less traffic. At the end of the day, it comes down to each individual property's condition. Several factors can impact this timeline- traffic volume, vehicle weight, weather, surface and surrounding landscape treatments, etc. When in down, send is a picture or have us swing by. We'll give you an honest answer every time.

What time of year is best for sealcoating?

Sealcoating is most effective when temperatures remain above 50°F and no rain is expected during early stages of the curing process. We constantly monitor the weather to verify appropriate conditions for each project, but spring through early fall is generally the ideal season for sealcoating, asphalt paving/repairs and concrete work in Kansas and Missouri. Can you stripe parking lots after sealcoating?

Yes! We professionally stripe parking lots once the sealcoat has dried enough for foot traffic - typically the following day. Our most common striping services range from parking stall lines, ADA markings, no parking/ loading zones, fire lanes, traffic arrows, and custom markings.

 

How long before I can drive or walk on freshly sealed asphalt?

Most sealcoating projects are ready for foot traffic within 4 – 8 hours. Vehicle traffic can usually resume in 24 - 48 hours, however, this depends on traffic type, traffic volume, temperature, humidity, etc. We understand the impact this can have on commercial properties, which is why we offer phased site planning and offer weekday and weekend scheduling options.

Can you sealcoat damaged asphalt?

It depends on the extent of the damage! Some repairs need to be completed prior to sealcoating to ensure the protection is effective. Addressing these issues helps extend the life of your pavement and prevents more expensive repairs later. We'll give you our honest expert opinion and work with your individual needs/ budget.

What’s the difference between crack filling and sealcoating?

Crack filling seals individual cracks to prevent water from reaching the base of your pavement. Sealcoating protects the entire asphalt surface from weather, chemicals, and wear. For the most effective long-term protection, have our team apply both. We offer discounts for comprehensive maintenance.

 

Asphalt:

How do I know if my asphalt needs to be repaired or replaced?
Small cracks, potholes, and isolated damage can often be repaired, while widespread cracking, subgrade issues, or severe deterioration may require replacement. We’ll inspect your pavement and recommend the most cost-effective solution.

What types of asphalt repairs do you offer?
We provide pothole repair, crack filling, patching, asphalt resurfacing, and full-depth repairs for driveways, parking lots, and trails and more.

How quickly should I repair cracks or potholes?
The sooner, the better. Water can seep beneath the pavement and weaken the base, turning a small crack into a much larger and more expensive repair.

Will repaired asphalt match the existing pavement?
New asphalt typically appears darker than older pavement at first. Over time, weather and traffic help the repaired area blend more naturally with the surrounding surface.

How long does a new asphalt driveway or parking lot last?

With proper installation and routine maintenance, asphalt pavement can last 15–30 years depending on use and traffic type. Regular sealcoating and prompt crack repair can significantly extend its lifespan.

How long before I can drive on newly paved asphalt?
Most asphalt can handle vehicle traffic within 24–48 hours, depending on weather conditions and the type of project. We’ll provide specific recommendations for your job.

Is asphalt or concrete better for my driveway?
Both are excellent options with their own pros. We’ll help you choose the best material based on your intended use, budget and goals.

Do you pave both residential and commercial properties?
Yes! We provide asphalt paving for driveways, parking lots, trails, schools, parks, apartment complexes, HOAs, and commercial properties throughout Kansas and Missouri.

Concrete:

What concrete services do you provide?
A: We install and replace parking lots, loading docks, driveways, dumpster pads, patios, sidewalks, curbs, approaches, ramps and other residential and commercial concrete surfaces.

How long does new concrete take to cure?
Concrete starts to harden immediately and usually reaches full strength in about 28 days. Luckily, it's usually safe to utilize much sooner. Light foot traffic can usually resume within a day or two. Vehicle traffic can usually resume in about a week unless our experts advise otherwise. These timelines are dependent on several factors such as intended use, weather, project type and size, etc. 

Can you replace only part of my concrete driveway or sidewalk?
Yes. If the damage is isolated, we can often remove and replace only the affected section, saving you money while restoring safety and appearance.

What causes concrete to crack?
Concrete naturally develops small cracks as it cures and ages. Larger cracks can result from ground movement, freeze-thaw cycles, heavy loads, poor drainage, or tree roots. Proper installation and control joints help minimize cracking.
